I got my first evaluation from my supervisor. I got an average score of 2.5 out of 4. A score of 2 is average, 3 is above average, and 4 means you are an outstanding teacher. I am fairly happy with my score. My supervisor had high expectations. I dont really care if I am an outstanding teacher. I just want to pass student teaching with semi good scores. This whole experience has taught me that I need more schooling so I dont have to live the life of a teacher. I spend my evenings grading papers and preparing lesson plans. I want a job where I work 8 hours a day and that is all the work I put in for that day. I have no time right now for anything but being a teacher.
Peace out sincerely, Rees

my new student teaching life
Student teaching: So you might be curious to know about my student teaching. Right now I am observing 3 health classes and one history class. I will be teaching one health class and my only history class on Monday. I will be progressively adding more health classes throughout the weeks until I am teaching all day. I have some concerns for teaching history. My history class I am going to teach is out of control. My history teacher is not my favorite person. I have my work cut out for me as a student teacher. I am a little stressed as of right now. I am going to be coming up with 2 lesson plans a day until April. I like teaching my major health. I am going to do my best to see if there is any way I can get out of teaching my minor. I will be extremely busy for the next couple of months.
Sincerely, Rees Riddoch
