My finals are next week. I am almost done with another semester. It was a tough semester but I will get by with decent grades. I can't wait for the christmas break. I am enjoying my program and classes so far..so we will see what happens next semester.

update
Overall my students scored very well on my midterm test except for a few students. This week I am turning 26 years old. I am getting a few gray hairs on my head. I am enjoying grad school. This first semester is not that tough. Although next semester I might need to take a stats class which will be very hard for me. I got a (B+) in my undergrad stats class by a miracle. To be honest I dont know if I should've passed my undergrad stats class because I barely understood what was going on. I decided this week I am going to ask out a girl and go on one last date before I am 26years old. well peace

Midterms
WIth my first research paper and presentation in grad school I earned an (A) grade. Grad school requires a lot of researching and reading but overall it isn't that tough so far. Call me crazy but I enjoy going to school.
My First aid class I am teaching has to take my midterm test that I wrote tomorrow. Hopefully I taught towards the test and my students do well on the test. If not I can always curve the test.
Peace sincerely, Rees

USU beat BYU in football
I attended the USU vs. BYU football game. USU worked BYU 31-16 and it was the first time USU beat BYU since 1993. Then I rushed the field just to experience rushing the field...

Utah State in Logan
Well Utah holds many new and exciting things. One thing they have here is football games and they are fun especially when we win. One more exciting thing I have noticed is that there are a lot of pretty girls in my ward. I have noticed that my apartment is "dead" socially (I am going to change that). I am enjoying my grad program at USU. I am taking a class to learn how to be a wellness coach (which is very interesting and exciting..I am sure Gage would love my class). I currently have my own office/broom closet at USU since I am a real legit "professor"/teacher.
The downside of grad school is that you have to do a lot of research for papers and that takes a lot of time.
peace
Sincerely, Rees

USU grad school
Grad school is tough at USU. I have a ton of reading assignments and projects that incorporate those reading assignments. I do like my wellness coach class. My 2 first aid classes I am teaching are going ok..

Family reunion in Nauvoo Illinois July 22nd
Road trip starting Thursday to Nauvoo. Brant and I and mom and dad will be heading out together in one car. Craig is flying in an airplane to Nauvoo. He will be meeting up with us there. Most of the Riddoch's will not be in attendance of this family reunion. I myself do not really want to go but mums said I was going no matter what I said. I bought a power inverter so I could plug my laptop into the cigarette lighter on the trip. With the power inverter I can now watch movies and play games in the car while we are traveling. I am not a fan of driving across the United States or driving for long periods of time. The trip to Nauvoo is 20 hours and we will be doing 10 hours worth per day over 2 days just to get there. The trip could prove to be worth it.. I will update more later.
sincerely, Rees

the 5th grade "talk/video"
Well today the principal at my school asked me if I wanted to make a few extra bucks and stay an extra hour. I said sure...It turned out that the guy who was supposed to be talking to the 5th graders about "the talk" and showing "the video" had called in sick. So I had to give the lecture to the 5th graders about puberty and all that other good stuff. I didn't have time to preview the movie so I just gave a short lecture and we watched the video. Afterwards none of the 5th graders were brave enough to ask any questions so that was the end. I survived the lecture but it was not something I wanted to do or something I had planned for. I just wanted to share that story with you...

So I was filling out my 1 hour timed Boise state entrance exam and I got a call right before I finished my exam. The call was from Utah state. The man on the phone said, "Rees you were accepted into Utah State's health Education program." Also he said that he had a assistanceship that I could do. He said that I could teach a first aid college class for 2 semesters for 8 g's. How crazy is that!!!!!!!!!

my life
I am still teaching P.E. My principal asked me to stay on board for next year. He hasn't talked to me about a contract and mula just yet. The Principal did tell me he would put me on salary next year if I stayed and he would give me a one year grace period to get my P.E. certificate (which I am about 7-8 classes away from!). I am currently looking at doing a online masters degree now so I can work next year. I still need to research which masters program I want to do. I want to make sure I pick the right masters program for me. I am only working about 27 hours a week. I am trying to find a second job but the job market right now is terrible. well that is my current life in a nutshell.

My life
Well I have been teaching P.E. for a about a month now and it is ok. My hardest classes are k-2nd grade. Every class third grade and up are really easy. Who would've thought that the k-2nd graders would be the most disrespectful. I have been browsing occasionally for a second job. I am only working around 27 hours a week. Furthermore, I have been practicing my guitar lately in my free time. I just learned just like heaven by the Cure on guitar and I can play the solo. I still have not heard back from either of the masters programs I applied to. I have also been teaching 5th graders math and english and it has been a good experience for me. I didn't do very well on the GRE and I may have to re-take it. well that pretty much sums of my life right now.

PE Master
My kindergartners asked me if they could call me the P.E. master. I said yes you may. So now if a kindergartner needs a drink they say, "PE master may I get a drink?" It is so funny my little kids I teach are hilarious. lol hahahha

STUDYING for the GRE
Studying for the GRE all day every day until I take the test. I only have to memorize 30 pages of vocabulary, then learn and memorize the math formulas, and hopefully I am already a good writer. I think I am atleast going to do good at the vocabulary section. Graduated school here I come!
